I was a multi-sport athlete for most of my life. Unfortunately, I was prone to injury which had a big impact on my life as well as my game play. I became highly educated on the body along with its anatomy through a strength and condition class. Applying that knowledge, I no longer suffered injuries and I fell in love with strengthening and conditioning my body for the athletic demands that was placed on me. I later began to self train for various physical fitness tests which allowed me the opportunity to change my body inside and out. I ran across areas for improvement during my journey ranging from conditioning, endurance, form, nutrition, stability, and strength. I happily became a certified personal training in order to help other’s make lifestyle changes to improve their quality of life. Helping people understand how improving their nutritional and physical health are two of the most natural forms of possible prevention of disease and illness. While assuring a comfortable and personalized progressive environment for each client.
